Refund policy

We would like to provide our customers with important information regarding our return policy. Please take note of the following:

We have a strict returns policy, As a small independant business we do not accpept returns on purchases! We can however exchange purcahesd items for other items of the same or similar value or store credit to put towards another item

We do not cover the cost of a return or refund the original shipping costs.

Item must come back in the same condition it is sent in, unworn and all of the original packaging it is sent in.

REASONS FOR A RETURN:

- Undescribed Damage On The Item

- Wrong Measurements On The Item

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
